Pork and polenta dinner

Today I made pulled pork in the slow cooker with my favorite spice rub for pork (cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, brown sugar or honey, red wine vinegar, olive oil, thyme) and then whipped up some creamy polenta. I also made pickled carrots from an epicurious recipe. They turned out great! Now I just need some triple chocolate cheesecake...which I ended up making too :)
